Because each piece at Kbae Jewels is either handmade or custom-packed with care, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective.


Damages or Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at kbaejewels@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement or store credit.


Exchanges & Store Credit

We do not offer traditional exchanges, but we may issue store credit on a case-by-case basis. This is at our discretion and only available for unused items in original packaging.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items we are unable to replace. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the return.


Return Policy Reminder

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom kits or beaded creations

  • Change-of-mind purchases

  • Tarnished jewelry due to water or wear
