2. Products and Kits

All of our jewelry and DIY kits are handmade or hand-packed with care. Because of the nature of our products:

  • Slight variations may occur in bead color, finish, or size

  • Gold-plated and brass items may tarnish over time, especially with exposure to water, sweat, or chemicals

  • Kits are for creative use and may contain small parts. Not intended for children under 8 years old

By purchasing, you agree to use these items responsibly and at your own discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify product prices or discontinue products without prior notice. Payments are processed securely via Shopify and approved third-party processors.

4. Shipping & Processing

We aim to process orders within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your package is in transit, we are not responsible for delays or lost items due to the postal carrier.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products:

  • All sales are final

  • We do not offer refunds, but may provide store credit on a case-by-case basis

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos
