Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (like sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive an email notification with tracking info as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

  • Free Shipping on orders over $75 (U.S. only)

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier and destination.


International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international inquiries, email us at kbaejewels@gmail.com.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or tracking errors. If you experience a shipping issue:

  • First, check your tracking link

  • Then contact the shipping carrier directly

  • Still need help? Reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist


Wrong Address?
